How NudgeFlow collects, uses, and protects account data, saved cases, and billing information.
Last updated April 16, 2026
What we collect
We collect the information needed to run NudgeFlow, including account details like your name, email address, and password hash, along with the invoice notes, payment-delay threads, saved cases, and settings you submit inside the product.
We also collect newsletter signups, billing identifiers returned by Stripe, first-party product analytics events, and basic technical data such as session cookies, browser metadata, and security or error logs created by our hosting and payment providers.
How we use information
- Deliver payment-delay analysis, saved case history, account access, and billing features.
- Send product updates, support responses, and payment-ops notes you requested.
- Detect abuse, secure accounts, troubleshoot bugs, and improve the product.
Public playbooks and user choices
Saved cases stay private by default. If you choose to mark a case as public, NudgeFlow may publish that case on a shareable playbook page that can be viewed by anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal, and contact us to request account or data deletion where available.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy and legal obligations.
We use third-party infrastructure providers to host the application and keep it running. Those providers may process limited technical information as part of delivering the service.
