What NudgeFlow provides

NudgeFlow provides payment-delay analysis, saved case history, public playbooks, and related subscription features. The service is designed to help users recover overdue invoices with more consistency, but it does not replace legal, accounting, collections, or other professional advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not use NudgeFlow for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, or abuse.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass the security of the service.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or make public.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Billing, payment collection, and subscription management are handled through Stripe and the customer billing portal linked from the product.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited until billing is resolved. Pricing may change in the future, but changes will apply prospectively rather than retroactively.

Disclaimers and limits

NudgeFlow aims to provide useful analysis, but no payment-workflow tool can guarantee that an invoice will be collected or that any suggested follow-up is appropriate for every situation. Use your own judgment before changing terms, pausing work, or escalating a collections issue.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NudgeFlow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim.

Termination and contact

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is abused, or if we need to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance. You may stop using the product at any time.
