Refund Policy
How NudgeFlow handles cancellations, first-charge refund requests, and billing problems.

Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a paid NudgeFlow subscription at any time through the billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew for the next cycle.
Refund requests
If you believe your first subscription charge was made in error or the service was materially unavailable, contact us within 7 calendar days of that charge and we will review the request in good faith.
Except where required by law, renewal charges, partial-month usage, and unused time remaining in an active billing period are generally not refundable once the billing period has started.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you see a duplicate charge or believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us promptly so we can investigate and coordinate with Stripe if needed.
How to request help
Send refund or billing questions to hello@getnudgeflow.com and include the email address used for the purchase plus the date of the charge. We may ask for enough detail to verify the request and protect against fraud.
